S. G. Harold has 5 full time employees, including Steve Harold the owner. Most of these employees have been with Steve for 10 to 18 years. They are all licensed by the state of Massachusetts. They keep up with the state of the art technologies by attending seminars on new technologies, health concerns, high efficient product, water saving technologies, balancing air systems, solar, and customer service. These professionals have a strong understanding of the industry; each with their own areas of expertise. All of this is a tremendous benefit to the customer.

Steve Harold started this business in 1986. He had been a licensed contractor remodeling homes and building decks. He then became a master plumber. In the early 1990’s Steve became associated with Rich Trethewey . The business moved into highly technical areas that include High Efficient boilers, Unico systems, floor heating and snow melting. This of course requires advanced courses for all employees to keep updated on these new products and techniques.

S. G. Harold Plumbing works with some major accounts. These include the City of Boston, Boston Public Health, and Department of Neighborhood Development. And of course the business continues to work with residential accounts; many of them long term customers. This business runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week throughout the year. Steve Harold does the long term planning for the major jobs but there is always someone on call to meet the emergencies. S. G. Harold services Milton, Boston, South Shore Metro West and the 128 Belt.
